Excellent Client Care
Ever since we have been dealing with Craig and the team at JSW, I feel like we have been treated like what I call a “proper customer”.
There not from the same area as us but they were more than happy to come out to meet with us and explain whatthe company was all about.
They took considerable time to actually sit down with me and learn about the business
They are interested in us as a customer and want to know about our challenges.
They understand the special needs of the business, the culture we have within the management team.
Ultimately, they came back with a great deal and we have worked with them ever since.
They have put us in the best possible position to negotiate terms on our behalf.
They have never let us down and they have always delivered their promises. In particular Nathan has always had a lot of energy, a lot of enthusiasm to deliver and do what he says he is going to do.
JSW has been a breath of fresh air.
They are big clients to us and very important clients to us. In the past I haven’t referred my clients out because of the problems of if you refer them and it goes wrong, it reflects badly on you.
We have had a very long term relationship with JSW, that’s fora good reason. They have always supported us well, delivered when they needed to deliver and we trust the promises that they make.
Over the last couple of years while I have been working with JSW, there have always been referrals going either way. It has always been really successful and I have never had any negative feedback from any of my clients.
Without trust we couldn’t deal with a company but they have always delivered.
If it’s positive for the client, it reflects well on us as well so it works really well.
As background, we supply JSW with the back office technology and systems that they use. They were quick to pick up the technology and have given us extremely useful feedback over the years about what works well and what doesn’t work well in the system. This has enabled us to develop the system, almost in partnership with them. We’ve had a very good relationship with because it’s one with mutual benefits.
They taken the headaches away from us.

JSW has taken a fab approach in dealing with us as a new client. The way that they have approached our business and consisting looking for new ideas. It has helped us to build better relationships with both our suppliers and clients. They weren’t just committed to helping us thisyear but looking more medium and long term to grow with us as our business grows as well.
JSW has been involved with us for five years now. Strong relationships, strong involvement and very good commitment from JSW. Also the people they have brought to the club over the last five years, they have brought a number of their clients or prospected clients. One or two of those have become new clients of Stoke City as well.
They came to us about a specific niche product for property owners and landlords. We spoke about it for a long while and they delivered Landlordsure.co.uk, develop by them through us to underwrite it. It’s been going for about a year now and it has really grown fast.
Not only that to be quite honest, I have definitely recommend JSW to quite a few of my friends and the fellow directors on our board.
We buy insurance in like we buy anything else in and that is competitive. They are also looking for value and what JSW do is that they offer that value. They re-stage the market, they understand our business and therefore they know why they are researching it, what product theyare going to bring to the table for us. We trust them to do that like we trust them to do many things.
We have passed clients over to JSW in the last couple of years and the majority of them had a refreshing approach from JSW. The majority ended up switching to JSW which is again, the proof is there.
We use JSW for our call business which is an event organising business. We also have a couple other interests, one of which is in property and JSW are currently looking into this for us. We hope to work with them again for that side of things as well.
It’s been fantastic in the past year, it’s grown in a big way and the clients are reaping awards from the expertise that they have got in that sector.
It falls down to know your customer first and for most, doesn’t it?
So yeah, fantastic.
Having dealt with national companies for several number of years and being involved in a specialised field, I have always taken the view that one of the national boys are going to offer us the best product and the best premiums. To my pleasant surprise JSW have opened my eyes.
JSWare definitely a forward thinking business and brand in the region Stoke on Tent. I have worked in the premier league for 19 years now and seen some businesses that really want to push their brand forward and JSW are certainly doing that.
It’s just refreshing to see that there is somebody out there with a pro-active response and attitude towards insurance.
They have just become a city business platinum partners which will allow them as a brand to really network and communicate with a lot of other business partners in the region.
They get around the room, they are well known at the football club so they network well so in that retrospective, yes I say they are very forward thinking.
