You will receive an immediate email confirmation when your payment is accepted.  Any amended documentation will be issued by close of business the following working day (our working days are Monday – Friday). Documents will be dispatched either by email or post, depending on the document format of your policy.

  11. This should be your renewal premium in full of the deposit for your instalment plan (as detailed in your renewal letter). You should also add on the payment in full for any optional extensions you wish to take up which are also detailed on your renewal letter.
