Martin Heath’s philosophy for the insurance industry using this kind of media is that you don’t have to spend huge amounts of money to get your message to a huge number of people.
Not only will people ultimately be able to buy their insurance via sites such as Facebook but they can also leave feedback about these insurers/brokers, which act as a promotion in itself.
