As Managing Director, my role is to oversee the overall running of our company. I’m involved in moving the company forward making sure we’re always delivering the best insurance products via our outstanding client service proposition. I also ensure that our team are compliant at all times and that we deliver our services to the ultimate satisfaction of our clients.

I’m very much a family man. I have 3 children and like to spend as much time as possible with them. I love sport – I’m an avid Stoke City fan. I always strive to keep fit, ‘Healthy Body Healthy Mind’ is my motto, and I often do this in conjunction with raising money for our chosen charity – The Donna Louise Trust.

My responsibilities include the servicing of both existing and new clients. I also play a key role in building relationships with insurers helping JSW to deliver some unique products for the benefit of our clients. I am an active networker, ensuring a prominent position for JSW within the local business community. Relationships developed in this way also help me to assist clients as I always have a contact with an organisation who can offer a solution to most problems.

I am a keen Stoke City supporter and am really enjoying our current time in the Premier League after 25 years of disappointment! I enjoy following cricket and can often be heard in the office giving an opinion on “googlies” and “chinamen”! I enjoy socialising and relaxing at weekends by using my holiday home based in Llandullas (not easy to pronounce after a couple of drinks).

As an Account Manager my role is to service my existing clients ensuring their covers are up to date and in keeping with their current trade, assisting them with claims and keeping them abreast of current legislation in relation to insurance. I am also involved in attracting new business to the company using existing clients and contacts.

I have 2 grown up children who I spend as much time as possible with. I am also Chairman of my local cricket club which runs 5 senior sides and 8 juniors sides together with a large social membership, this takes care of most summer evenings and weekends (plus a lot of winter ones).

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager my job is to make sure my clients always get the right insurance to cover the need of their business. My aim is to make sure that they are fully protected without having to pay the earth for the privilege.

Married with two boys, as you might expect, my home life revolves around the family. As a dutiful father I am forced to regularly play on the playstation and watch football with the kids. Footy in the park is also a favourite pastime (I'm always in goal)! A pint of real ale or a nice glass of red is a nice way to end the day.

I have a split role, first as Account Manager for personal insurances (motor & home). This involves dealing with new business and insurance renewals. The second part of my role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with other businesses who introduce their clients to JSW for their insurance. I also take part in many networking events.

I spend a lot of time in Bristol, as my girlfriend is a Bristolian. I enjoy watching Stoke City and live music events. I enjoy my holidays, and have some sort of addiction to the Canary Islands. Since the business started to support the Donna Louise Trust, I have also become a fan of going to the gym.

Based at our new Melton Mowbray office, my role is to continue to develop the landlordsure.co.uk offering while at the same time making sure that JSW is the place to go for business insurance in the region. I have worked in insurance for over 25 years and have always prided myself on providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

I have been married for 25 years so the majority of my 'play' time is mostly family centred. I like to keep fit and healthy and any spare time will find me clocking up some miles on my bike. Any other down time is spent reading, listening to music or cooking for family and friends.

I am a commercial account manager based at Melton Mowbray, my main focus is maintaining a highly professional manner and giving the best advice at all times. Not only offering the cover you need, but also advising on the covers that you should have to help secure, you, your business and your livelihood. I have worked in the insurance industry since leaving school, first as a personal lines broker before moving on to Commercial Underwriting and now as a Commercial Broker, so despite my young looks I have over 19 years experience!

I am married and very much a family man. I love spending time with my son. I am a regular first teamer for Melton Mowbray Hockey Club playing in the Midland Premier League and also play for Leicestershire. I enjoy generally keeping fit!

I have spent over 34 years in the insurance industry and look to use my skills and experience to provide my clients with the insurance solutions they require.

I am an avid sports fan, particularly golf, cricket, rugby (both codes) and football (supporting Man United, living as I do in Yorkshire!). I’ve played most sports but with age catching up on me, I only play golf now on a regular basis. I also enjoy fell walking and skiing, as well as socialising with family and friends and yes I have been known to occasionally have a glass of Rioja or a pint or two of beer – ‘real ale’ of course!

My role with JSW Insurance is Account Handler providing administrative support for Craig, whilst also helping to provide the high level of client service, which JSW are known for. Paying attention to tiny details and going that extra mile enables Craig and I to work really well together.

Being a working mum of two, juggling family life with work is nearly always hectic. My husband and children are all sport mad which keeps our evenings and weekends busy, although I can nearly always find a little “me time”. Whether this is a night out with the girls or a little retail therapy – this is guaranteed to keep me sane!

I am an Account Handler in the personal insurances department, working closely with Steve, dealing with all Motor, Household, Travel and Caravan insurances. I handle new policy processing and the administration of existing client business, helping to ensure that the department remains efficient and provides a service which is second to none.

I live with my partner John, his 2 children & our ginger cat who goes by the name of Emmy. Looking after my family and enjoying our weekends either camping, going for walks, days out or just relaxing at home takes up a quite a bit of my time.

My position as Account Handler re-started in August 2009 following maternity leave. My main duties include liaising with the clients and other employees on a daily basis, keeping accurate records and gathering the necessary information to ensure that work is completed in a timely and efficient manner helping to ensure the best possible service for our clients.

I have a hectic social life, taking my gorgeous baby girl to different groups and socialising with all of her little friends. Our activities range from swimming, baby yoga, baby massage and music class. I also manage to squeeze in Aqua Aerobics for myself, and, of course, I enjoy spending time with my family.

I first joined the company in July 2008. My main role is dealing with everyday queries that client's may have. I always act professionally in my role by ensuring that client's queries are handled quickly and efficiently. I am currently working towards my CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) Certificate, helping to maintain the quality standards set by the company and ensuring I have the ability to provide the superb level of service that my role requires.

After a busy week at work I love to go out and let my hair down. This often involves such things as shopping, going to the gym and socialising with my friends. I also love spending time with my family, one family member in particular - my dog ‘Jasper’.

As Receptionist, I work as front of house for JSW. I like to create a friendly welcoming atmosphere for clients to experience both in the office and on the phone. Being Personal Assistant to the Directors includes tasks such as making appointments, making bookings for conferences and organising travel arrangements.

I have been married for coming up to two years. We are currently coming up to the end of a long house renovation project which takes up most of our time and money! When we can we enjoy spending time with friends and taking trips such as going down to North Devon surfing or up to the Scottish Highlands to relax!

As A Business Developer, my day is filled with making calls to various businesses. My aim is to ascertain renewal dates for any insurance requirements they may have. Once I have done this I send them a letter to confirm dates, and then we call them nearer the time to arrange their quotation.

I have three kids (all teens), four including the other half!. My house is always loud, chaotic and funny. After time spent with Wii fit, Guitar hero etc. with the kids, I love to walk my dog (Moogi ) named after the dog from Willo The Wisp. I also attempt yoga and enjoy gardening.

My job as Company Secretary allows me to get involved in loads of tasks aimed at helping the firm to trade. I oversee all of our corporate governance – dealing with licences, authorities, compliance etc. I also look after a number of development and marketing projects allowing the insurance team to keep their eye on the ball at all times.

With three kids, including two teenage girls, home life is never dull! We enjoy doing things as a family, even if it’s only trips to the local retail park, or challenging each other to achieve our personal targets on the Wii Fit. We work hard, so weekends and holidays are always precious to us all.

As Accounts Manager, the main purpose of my job is to oversee the management of the company’s statutory broking bank accounts. This involves dealing with each insurance company’s monthly accounts, refunds to clients, premium financing companies, bank reconciliation and internal credit control. It is a role that I have over 30 years experience in and one that I thoroughly enjoy.

With two grown up sons (John and Andy) I never thought life would be so busy at 50!! I cycle, play badminton and swim (none of which very well but all with enthusiasm) and spend a lot of time hill walking in the Peaks with my Hungarian Vizsla dog Amber who I also do agility and obedience training with.

My main role is to control the finances of JSW. I arrange payment of all invoices due to suppliers, for example printing, stationery, electricity etc. I also am responsible for administration of staff payroll and assist management with budgets and financial information. I also ensure payment of commission due to our many client introducers.
Play
As mum to a 4 year old girl, my home life is always hectic. I act as a taxi service to her many hobbies and great social life! I am also actively involved in her school, which is a wonderful small village school. In my spare (!) time and when I can work around my husband’s very busy diary, I really enjoy going to yoga and Pilates classes.
